The past card of the Elder of Swords shows a person having a strong self-discipline and being able to use their head over their heart with many of the large or even small decisions they have had to make.

The Hierophant card shows conformity, morality, and ethics- this card means that you are on a strict plan that you have made your life decisions and choices in following.

The future card of the Devil covers a wide range of possibilities and is mostly connected with things or hardship or over desired wanting. Knowing this card is a future representation of your life, and the meaning of it showing that you have feelings of emptiness and lack of fulfillment means you have time to make the appropriate changes in your life to keep your life on a level playing field.

With the travel path that these three cards show, I would highly suggest letting go slightly, you are on a very thick line that you follow like you are unable to think for yourself, you focus all your decisions on the actions of those who you have learned from. Remember thinking from your head is smart but thinking from you heart makes you acknowledge that you are in the choices of the decision making.
